Ingredients

  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 8 to 12 strawberries, split
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. diced, canned pineapple
  • 12 grapes, split
  • 1/4 c. chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Combine oatmeal and milk; let rest 15 minutes.
  2. Mix apple with lemon juice and sugar; set aside.
  3. Chop and add remaining fruits. Combine oatmeal with 1/2 of fruit and 1/2 of whipped cream.
