Ingredients

  • 3 c. apples, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. walnuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Put in bowl the apples, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; stir with spoon.
  2. Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and walnuts with a spoon. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 1 hour.
