Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well, except ladyfingers.
- Line a 9-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers on the sides and bottom.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of ladyfingers over the ricotta mixture.
- Spread the remaining ricotta mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers.
- Top with a final layer of ladyfingers.
- Cover the cake with whipped cream on the top and sides.
- Make the cake 2 days before serving to allow flavors to meld.
