Ingredients

  • 6 oz. package raspberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Break up and stir in the undrained cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, orange juice, lemon juice, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large 9 x 12-inch casserole or two smaller ones.
  4. Chill until the salad is firm.
  5. Serve by cutting into squares and garnishing on lettuce leaves with sour cream or yogurt dressing, or as a dessert with whipped cream.
