Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 4 c. diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 stick light margarine

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook until the onions are tender and the beef is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add the cream-style corn, diced cooked potatoes, and light margarine to the skillet.
  5. Heat thoroughly until everything is hot and well combined.
  6. Serve with crackers.
