Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can yellow hominy, drained
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained whole kernel corn, drained hominy, chopped green chilies, sour cream, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of grated Cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
