Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 1 (7 oz.) can chopped chilies
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  3. Add more cheese on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve hot or cold.
