Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy Brand corn muffin mix
  • 2 pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix
  • 2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Make square corn bread as directed on box, then cool and crumble.
  2. Prepare the chicken flavor stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled corn bread, stuffing mix, chopped celery, and broken pecans.
  4. Add beaten eggs and enough broth to moisten the mixture.
  5. Use the stuffing to stuff a chicken or turkey.
  6. If desired, bake in a greased shallow baking dish, covered, for 45 minutes at 325°F or until heated through.
