Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a casserole dish.
  2. Add sour cream, cream corn, drained whole kernel corn, chopped bell pepper (optional), chopped onion (optional), and Jiffy cornbread mix.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes until golden and cooked through.
