Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix drained corn, 1 cup shredded cheese, and chopped onion in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and melted margarine.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
