Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (14 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon into small pieces and sauté until nearly crisp.
  2. Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings and sauté onion in these drippings.
  3. Add cream-style corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and curry powder to the skillet and stir well.
  4. Heat the mixture until almost boiling.
  5. Serve garnished with parsley.
