Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/3 cups instant rice
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In the pan, combine cream-style corn, instant rice, milk, chopped green pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
  4. Cut cheddar cheese and bacon into 1 1/2-inch squares.
  5. Arrange the cheese and bacon on top of the mixture in the baking pan.
  6. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, about 20-25 minutes.
