Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except 1 stick of butter in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
  3. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle it evenly over the top of the mixture.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown.
