Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 1-quart casserole, melt the margarine or butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Cook, covered, for 9 minutes or until pudding is just slightly soft in the center.
  4. Stir once after cooking.
  5. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
