Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pour undrained pineapple chunks into an 8 or 9 inch square pan which is at least 1 1/2 inches deep.
  3. Combine sugar, flour, and ground ginger in a bowl and stir to mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pineapple in the pan.
  5. Dot with small pieces of butter or margarine.
