Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked fresh corn
  • 1 c. cooked fresh lima beans
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked fresh corn and cooked fresh lima beans in a bowl.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the corn and lima beans to the skillet.
  4. Stir in salt and paprika, cooking until heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
