Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pimentos
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup buttered crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream-style corn and milk together, then stir in the beaten egg.
  2. Add the cracker crumbs, chopped onions, chopped pimentos, salt, and pepper to the corn mixture.
  3. Mix everything well until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
