Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 15 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine oil, cornmeal, eggs, creamed corn, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 11 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
  5. Lower oven temperature to 375°F and continue baking for 30 minutes.
