Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package noodles
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 10 oz. package American cheese, grated
  • onion, grated as desired
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can chicken, mushroom, or celery soup

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the noodles.
  2. Put the cooked noodles and cut-up corned beef into a shallow casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle grated onion around the mixture.
  4. Mix together milk and soup, then pour over the top.
  5. Sprinkle grated American cheese and crushed potato chips or Ritz crackers on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
