Instructions
- Saute carrot, celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown.
- Stir in sage, salt, cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, chopped apple, walnuts and wheat germ.
- Add cooked vegetable mixture.
- Drizzle with enough broth to moisten.
- Stuff turkey as usual.
