Ingredients

  • 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except coconut and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  3. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
