Ingredients

  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, green onion, parsley, dill weed, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
