- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In the pan, combine cooked and cubed chicken, bacon bits, thawed vegetables, and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup with 3/4 cup milk and pour the mixture over the casserole ingredients.
- Cover the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the biscuits by mixing 1 1/2 cups Bisquick, 2/3 cup milk, and half a can of onions until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit batter around the edge of the casserole to form biscuits.
- Remove the casserole from the oven, uncover, and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- In the last 2-3 minutes, bake until onions are toasted.
