Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 whole skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 to 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 to 1 cup dry white wine or beer
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with white wine or beer.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Sprinkle the dry herb stuffing evenly over the top.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden.
