Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and eggs until blended.
  2. Add shredded carrot, chopped green onion, chopped green pepper, drained corn, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
