Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dark molasses
  • 1 can specialty beans (barbecue, baked, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp. catsup
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat and drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, mustard, dark molasses, beans, ketchup, garlic salt, pepper, and salt to the cooked meat.
  3. Simmer the mixture until heated through and flavors are well blended, about 10 minutes.
  4. About 5 minutes before serving, add the diced celery and cook until tender.
