Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crabmeat
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain and slice the crabmeat.
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, lemon juice, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream, and blend until smooth.
  5. Fold in the sliced crabmeat.
  6. Cover and chill the dip.
  7. Serve with crisp vegetables or chips.
