- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a 1 1/2-quart covered round casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes, carrots, chopped onion, and thawed perch fillets.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, salt, and pepper.
- Dot with 2 tablespoons margarine.
- Repeat layering with remaining potatoes, carrots, onion, perch, dill weed, salt, pepper, and margarine.
- Cover the casserole dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove cover, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
- Continue baking uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until vegetables are fork-tender.
