Crab-Broccoli Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shells
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. Chablis
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 pepper, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in pan coated with vegetable spray.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Melt margarine in pan; add flour.
  5. Gradually stir in wine.
  6. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove.
  7. Gradually stir in milk, basil and dill weed.
  8. Add onion mixture, pepper, broccoli and crabmeat to sauce.
  9. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine pasta.
