Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. can minced crab
  • 1 jar Old English Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 serving) pkg. English muffins

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced crab, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and margarine well.
  2. Spread the mixture over muffin halves.
  3. Cut each muffin into 4 sections.
  4. Place the sections on a cookie sheet and freeze.
  5. When ready to serve, place canapes under a broiler and heat until lightly brown and bubbly.
