Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 7 oz. can crab meat

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and grated onion until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice to the mixture.
  3. Dissolve the unflavored Knox gelatine in 1/8 cup water.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatine to the hot mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Add mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, and crab meat to the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
