Ingredients

  • 2 lb. small shrimp
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. celery, blended
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, blended

Instructions

  1. Clean the small shrimp thoroughly.
  2. Cook the shrimp in boiling water with salt for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain and let cool.
  3. Grind the cooked shrimp, celery, and onion in a meat grinder or process in a food processor until finely chopped.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco, and salt to the mixture.
  5. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Chill the crab paste in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
  7. Serve the crab paste on crackers or sandwiches.
