Ingredients

  • 2 cans crab, drained
  • olive oil
  • juice of 2 lemons (minimally)
  • celery - 3 stalks, diced superfine
  • parsley - large handful flat, also finely diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, making sure to keep the crab as lumpy as possible. Server with crackers
