Ingredients

  • 3 dozen crabs, cleaned
  • 9 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 4 green peppers, chopped
  • water
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • little minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté chopped onions and green peppers in margarine until tender.
  2. Add tomato paste and enough water to achieve a spaghetti sauce consistency.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
  4. Add the cleaned crabs to the sauce.
  5. Cook slowly until the crabs are done, stirring occasionally.
