Ingredients

  • 3 large Idaho baking potatoes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crab meat

Instructions

  1. Bake the potatoes until done.
  2. Split the potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop out the flesh, and reserve the shells.
  3. In a bowl, mash the potatoes with butter, milk, chopped onion, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in grated Cheddar cheese and crab meat.
  5. Fill the potato shells with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
