- Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
- Drain and cool the cooked shells.
- In a large bowl, stir together crabmeat, ricotta cheese, chopped parsley, and horseradish.
- Stuff each shell with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
- Pour 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the pan and cover with remaining sauce.
- Cover the pan with foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
