Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 (6 oz) jar Old English cheese spread
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 (7 oz) can crabmeat
  • 6 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Blend softened margarine and cheese spread until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, seasoned salt, mayonnaise, and crabmeat; mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on split English muffins.
  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, then remove 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Cut each muffin into 6 pie-shaped pieces.
  6. Broil until they puff up, are bubbly, and slightly golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
