Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 oz. can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork in a small bowl.
  3. Add crabmeat, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, seafood seasoning, and pepper to the mashed yolks and mix well.
  4. Stuff or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
