Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. English muffins
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat, minced
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the Old English cheese, minced crabmeat, softened butter or margarine, mayonnaise, seasoning salt, and garlic salt together until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on the muffin halves.
  3. Cut each muffin half into quarters.
  4. Freeze the cut pieces for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Broil the frozen pieces until bubbly and brown.
