Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped Spanish peanuts with skins

Instructions

  1. Mix well and chill at least 2 hours.
  2. Shape into small balls. Roll in sugar.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
