Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix drained Veg-All, mayo, chopped onion, and grated cheese together.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss 1/4 lb. crushed crackers with 1/2 stick of melted butter.
  4. Spread the cracker crumbs evenly over the vegetable mixture in an uncovered casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
