- Remove stems from tomatoes and cut a 1/4 inch slice from the top of each.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt, sugar, garlic powder, basil, and oregano, stirring well.
- Press about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on top of each tomato.
- Place the tomatoes in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
