Cran-Apple Chops

Instructions
- Coat a skillet with cooking spray.
- Heat over medium heat. Sprinkle pork chops with black pepper and salt. Put chops in the skillet and brown on each side.
- Add apple juice or cider.
- Cover tightly; cook on low 5 or 6 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar or honey, orange juice, ginger and nutmeg.
- Pour over the chops.
- Cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Makes 6 servings.
