Cranberry Catsup
A tangy, sweet-and-spicy cranberry catsup with warming spices, perfect as a condiment for meats or as a dip, adding vibrant flavor to holiday tables.

Instructions
- Cook berries 15 minutes in 3/4 cup water in a covered pan. Force through a sieve.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until it thickens.
- Serve warm on ham, pork or turkey or store in a jar in refrigerator.
- Also excellent for a dip for little smoky links.
