Cranberry Ring Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • enough cold water to make 1 cup
  • 2 packages raspberry or cherry jello
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup ground fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small orange ground (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 apple ground

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple and reserve the juice.
  2. Add enough cold water to the reserved juice to make 1 cup.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
  4. Add the prepared pineapple juice mixture to the dissolved gelatin and cool slightly.
  5. Stir in ground cranberries, chopped celery, ground orange, chopped walnuts, ground apple, sugar, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the mixture into a ring mold and refrigerate until set.
