Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent (seasoning)
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Blend oil and water and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Dip fillets in batter.
  3. Deep fry at 375° to 400° until golden brown.
