Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. crawfish meat
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion and red pepper
  • 1/2 pt. cream sauce
  • 1 glass red wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the minced onion and red pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Add the red wine and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the crawfish meat and cream sauce to the pan.
  4. Season with salt and simmer until heated through.
  5. Serve hot, optionally on toast or in patty shells.
