Crazy Spaghetti is a hearty, savory dish combining ground beef, vegetables, and flavorful soy sauce with tender spaghetti, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal for meat lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium cabbage head, cut in 1 inch square pieces
  • 1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained
  • 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 small bottle soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef in a heavy pot in its own fat and juices.
  2. Add sliced onions and 1 ounce of soy sauce. Stir and simmer until onions are soft.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and another 1 ounce of soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir.
  4. Add drained bean sprouts, mushrooms, and remaining soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add cooked, drained spaghetti. Mix well and serve hot.
