Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Bring water and margarine to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add flour and salt; stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Drop ten 1/2 cupfuls of dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet to form a 9-inch ring.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the cookie sheet immediately.
  8. Cool completely.
