  2. Stir in flour and cook until mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time, until smooth.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  8. In a bowl, beat pudding, milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
  9. Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust.
  10. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  11. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top.
  12. Drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup over the Cool Whip.
  13. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
